Unigesta is an independent insurance intermediary within the meaning of Art. 45 ISA, registered with FINMA under no. F01350475. In case of fault, negligence or incorrect information, Mr. Olivier Marrone is the contact person (FINMA no. F01363667).
The client mandates Unigesta, on the basis of a brokerage mandate, for the management of their insurance policies.
The provisions of the following points form an integral part of the brokerage mandate and cannot be modified or supplemented in any way unless a written agreement is signed by both parties.
Unigesta performs a risk analysis, informs the client about their situation, and together they determine the strategy to adopt if needed, providing the necessary advice to the client.
Unigesta is authorized by the client (brokerage mandate) to negotiate and conduct tender requests with insurance companies.
In case of a claim, our employees provide assistance and follow-up for the client.
Claim compensation or any premium reimbursements are paid directly to the client.
Unigesta is in no case responsible for the payment of premiums.
Unigesta ensures that its employees will handle all communications entrusted to them in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation (DPA).
Unigesta receives remuneration directly from insurance companies according to the table attached to this mandate. Upon request, the client may be informed of the amounts received. If the client requests reimbursement of these amounts, the broker will invoice their fees according to the conventional ACA tariff.
Unigesta has entered into collaboration agreements with major Swiss insurers holding approval from the supervisory authority in Switzerland, but is not legally, economically, or otherwise bound to any insurance institution according to Swiss insurance supervision legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the legal venue is Geneva.
